A few years before forming Monty Python, John Cleese, along with Graham Chapman and Marty Feldman was a member of the cast of At Last the 1948 Show, a 13-episode BBC sketch comedy show that ran in 1967.
Overshadowed by the success of Python, "At Last" hasn't really been watched by as many people as I think should. With truly funny people working at the top of their game, the cast of "At last" always managed to be both hilariously funny and down right odd.
